Abandoned House

Abandoned House

Not an original title, I know. Feel free to send some better name suggestions in the comment below.

Anyways, I was driving to my dad's house one day and saw this beauty somewhere close to the Wisconsin/Illinois border. I had to stop and just take a picture. There are "no trespassing" signs hung up so I didn't go onto the property, just took these from the side of the road, but I would love to know the history of this house. Who lived there? Why is it abandoned? What is the history there? How old is it?

If you like this photograph, I do have some prints in my Zazzle Shop collection, "Black and White Photography." You can visit the collection here.

About Me

Hi All! This blog is just a fun way for me to show off the things I accomplish in my life, the things I find beautiful and it gives me something to do. I have a chronic illness, and I spend most of my time in bed. Each time I go out and "do" something, it is an accomplishment   I love nature, animals, scenic views and people watching. (Not in a creepy way.) I am NOT a professional photographer, obviously, but I love to take pictures!  Many times with my art and photography I will add them into my online Zazzle Shops, so check them out!
